Job Overview
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in stakeholder management and interest in eCommerce.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all business matters.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and address any issues or concerns.
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions for key accounts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities with key accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of account initiatives.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on account activities, sales forecasts, and market trends to internal stakeholders.
What our Client is Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, category management, or related roles.
Proven track record of success in building and managing key account relationships, driving sales growth, and meeting business targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not required.
