Working in partnership with a major airline, this role requires a commercially minded professional to drive revenue growth, develop market strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction in the airfreight sector.
Descrição Maintain and expand business relationships within the assigned region.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize cargo revenue in the origin market.Negotiate agreements, address potential issues, and resolve client inquiries.Identify and engage new customers, focusing on cargo agents within the market.Prepare, monitor, and control budgets to ensure targets are met.Analyze market conditions to identify new opportunities or potential risks.Develop a robust sales network and pricing structures to meet company objectives.Collaborate with the customer service team to implement new procedures, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Conduct market data analysis and implement business projects to optimize revenue.Perfil ideal Education: Degree in Transport, Logistics, or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Airfreight Sales Management.
Qualifications: Marketing and Sales Development training, with strong commercial understanding and the ability to identify market trends.
Competencies: In-depth knowledge of airfreight sales and airline cargo products.
Experience working with forwarding agents and understanding the needs of the forwarding industry.
Familiarity with industry trends and developments.
