We are recruiting a Junior Talent Sourcer (f/m/d) to join GI Group Talent Acquisition team in Germany.

Manage sourcing for multiple in-house positions. Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure business needs and goals are met. Take ownership of the sourcing process and proactively develop new recruitment strategies. Perform screening calls. Ensure a positive candidate experience. What You Need to Have:

College degree in HR, Psychology, or another relevant area. One year of sourcing/recruitment experience. Fluent in business English (written and oral) and native in German. Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (e.G., LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive candidates within the talent space. Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel.
