This role offers great development and the opportunity to support several business units.You will be part of a strong and dedicated HR community as well as the global talent acquisition team, helping Convatec to build an inclusive culture, finding the best diverse talent for our key vacancies.Key Responsibilities:Covering Service Now tickets for Talent Acquisition queries or incidents;Screening applications and delivering a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, maintaining a high level of communication and delivering timely feedback;Shortlisting CVs for your hiring managers, to support hiring the best diverse talent;Coordinating the selection process from interviews and assessments to feedback;Processing the job offers for our successful candidates in our HRIS system, Workday;Raising POs for recruitment activities in SAP;Maintain accurate candidate data in all recruitment systems and proactively generate recruitment reports. Analyse reports, data and talent insights to inform recruitment strategies;Develop and implement highly effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles utilizing job boards, social media, networking and other advanced search methods;Management of the TA newsletter.Skills & Experience:Minimum 1 year of related experience in Talent acquisition, recruiting in one or more business unit or functional areas (mandatory);Experience of recruiting in multiple countries in a single geographical region (nice to have);Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to different styles and at different levels with impact and influence;A customer-first mindset to fit with our "forever caring" brand and a strong focus on stakeholder management: seeking to understand and adapting to the needs of each;Ability to prioritise and navigate a variety and volume of talent acquisition activity;An "own it" mindset;Ability to network;Qualifications/Education:Degree in Human Resources management or similar.Languages:Fluency in English and French (mandatory);Fluency in Portuguese (nice to have).Working Conditions:Hybrid – At least 1 day per week at the office.Our ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
