Junior Talent Acquisition (M/F/D)

Your new company:
Global company operating in Tax free shopping sector is hiring a Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) to reinforce its team for a period between 3/6 months.
Your new role: Coordination of hiring activities for the entire team, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process;Focus on sourcing potential candidates through scouting, headhunting and, when necessary, utilizing agencies;Support the team in finding the right talent for our organization using all sourcing methods;Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, helping them with resume screening and initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates;Support the team with HRIS governance and related administration tasks, such as KPI's monitoring, tracking, consolidation and reporting on hiring metrics;Oversee the handling of records and paperwork, such as vendor management, and purchase orders, as well as other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.What you'll need to succeed: Minimum 2 year of experience as HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition;Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources) or equivalent Degree level or equivalent;Fluent in English (C level minimum);Proven skills and experience of working in an international and fast-paced environment;Detail conscious;Skilled communicator;Workday knowledge;Effective manager of time and priorities;Broad HR generalist skill set.What you'll have in return:
