As a Junior Software Engineer,you'll be responsible for developing extraordinary products that help us to achieve our mission. You'll take pride in creating great quality, clean, testable code. About the role: Undertake coding activities to deliver quality software according to the product roadmap Responsible for interpreting and developing software to written requirements and technical specifications Responsible for writing clean, well-designed code, following coding standards and best practices Identify and mitigate technical risks for all software projects Ensure that technical implementation is technically sound and defect rates are minimised Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the product and databases to ensure it is functional and scalable Provide some product support (fixing defects) and be actively involved in moving the product forwards Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation The must haves: Knowledge of software development as a practitioner in commercial environments Capability for coding both front end and back end .Net, C#, Microsoft SQL Server & JavaScript Previous experience of front-end development including JavaScript and frameworks We'd also love you to: Ensure that the company values are reflected in your own work and behaviour: Put People First Own It Be Curious Succeed Together Delight Your Customer What's in it for you: Every member of our team at Verifile is valued, which is why we support their wellbeing fully with a range of benefits to help them thrive both inside and outside of work.
