We are an official authorized representative for all the investment programs we offer. Our offices are located in Austria, Malta, Portugal, and the UAE. We are currently looking for a skilled Junior Sales Representative to become part of our team. Responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients via calls and instant messengers. Identify client needs, requirements and preferences effectively. Review and assess leads to ensure they're a good fit before passing them along to the next department. Collaborate closely with experts to facilitate client transactions smoothly. Keep track of all customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure our records are up-to-date. Requirements: Some sales, customer support or consulting experience. Familiarity with CRM systems, mainly knowing and understanding your way around. Comfortable conversing in English at a C1 level, nothing too fancy, just enough to chat without stumbling. Would Be Beneficial: If you are an experienced SalesForce user, that's cool, but if not, no worries, we'll get you up to speed.
