We seek a talented, dynamic, and solution-oriented Junior Sales Manager to join us full-time. As Junior Sales Manager, you will be part of the team in Lisbon and drive sales, marketing, and customer service activities. This highly sales-oriented position requires marketing creativity and belief in the value of strong customer service.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Taking full responsibility for regional direct sales and meeting weekly sales goals.Development and leadership of sales and office staff.Coordinate operational, sales, and marketing activities.Manage quality control and customer service.Promote and develop marketing activities.Establish and manage budget, overseeing control of profit and loss.As a Junior Sales Manager role, you will work in an international environment with a dynamic team. To liaise with senior management, this position can require you to travel internationally. Strong business acumen, commercial instinct, and tested leadership skills are a must.
