Responsibilities: Source Relevant Companies: Identify potential clients that could benefit from BRIDGE IN's services. Outreach: Initiate contact with identified companies to introduce and offer our services. Follow-up: Maintain communication with potential clients, following up on pending requests and queries to drive the sales process forward. Skills and Qualifications: Impeccable English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot and sales sequences tools. Automation Tools: Knowledge of automation tools such as Apollo. Communication: Strong phone and video presence, with the ability to build trust and rapport remotely. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data to support decision-making and measure impact. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and achieve goals. Team Player: Collaborative approach, with a can-do attitude and humility to handle a range of tasks. Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and meet quotas, comfortable with objective-driven environments. Nice to Have: Optimism: Naturally optimistic and cheerful disposition.
