We are looking for a qualified Junior Research Fellow to join our team in the evaluation of food ingredients in in vitro digestion, and assess the bioavailability of bioactive compounds. Job Duties Perform the required experimental work; Write technical reports; Attend meetings with partners of the project; Work in a cross-functional team and with other groups. Mandatory Qualifications Education MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Food Biotechnology, or a related area. Experience and Technical Skills Development and characterisation of biopolymer-based soft structures, such as nano/microcapsules; Experience inprobiotic bacteria and microbiology techniques, for their cultivation and quantification; Experience inencapsulation using spray technologies, such as electrospray and spray drier; Experience inmicroscopy techniques for characterisation of micro and nanocapsules.
