The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, forecasting future market conditions, and providing actionable insights to guide our clients' investment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on various real estate markets; Analyze market trends and forecast future market conditions; Gather, organize, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to inform research and analysis; Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate research findings, market trends, and strategic recommendations; Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and support decision-making processes; Stay updated on economic indicators, real estate trends, and market dynamics to ensure accurate and relevant analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics, or a related field; Experience in developing econometrics models is a plus; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights; Detail-oriented; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
