Processing payroll accurately and timely in compliance with Portuguese labor legislation.? Utilizing advanced Excel skills to analyze payroll data, generate reports, and identify discrepancies.? Collaborating with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.? Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, social security regulations, and labor legislation.? Assisting in the implementation of payroll process improvements and enhancements.? Providing timely responses and support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.? Verifying and validating employee absenteeism and justifications.? Performing any other payroll or finance duties as required by business needs.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOUTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:? Strong knowledge of Taxes & Social Security regulations.? Familiarity with Portuguese labor legislation.? Minimum 1 year of experience in Portuguese Payroll processing.? Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables.?
