We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organised individual to join our UK operations team as a Junior Operations Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by completing daily pre-checks, managing key inventory, scheduling linen orders, and coordinating cleaning schedules.
Main Responsibilities: Perform daily pre-checks to ensure that properties are ready to receive guestsManage key investigations, ensuring that all keys are accounted for and secureSchedule and coordinate cleaning tasks and linen ordersAssist in resolving operational issues as they arise, working closely with the operations team to find solutionsEngage in daily communications with our ground-level providers.Requirements:At least 1 year in an operational role, ideally within hospitalityQuick learner, problem solver, with a proactive mindsetStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and with minimal supervisionExceptional English verbal and written communication skillsWe encourage you to apply even if you are missing a skill or two!
