We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organised individual to join our UK operations team as a Junior Operations Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by completing daily pre checks, managing key inventory, scheduling linen orders, and coordinating cleaning schedules.
Main Responsibilities: Perform daily pre-checks to ensure that properties are ready to receive guests Manage key investigations, ensuring that all keys are accounted for and secure Schedule and coordinate cleaning tasks and linen orders Assist in resolving operational issues as they arise, working closely with the operations team to find solutions Engage in daily communications with our ground-level providers. Requirements: At least 1 year in an operational role, ideally within hospitality Quick learner, problem solver, with a proactive mindset Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills Able to work during weekends Perks: ??
