We are hiring a Junior Operational Efficiency Analyst to join the Corporate Operational Efficiency Team in Oporto. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for business analytics and data analysis. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
Main Responsibilities:Analyze and map existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements;Collect, clean, and analyze data to provide actionable insights for improving operations;Develop and track performance indicators across different companies;Design and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key data insights using tools like Excel or Power BI;Work closely with internal teams to understand operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions;Support the adoption of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement frameworks;Assist in the implementation of OE initiatives across different companies and geographies.Main Requirements:Higher Education in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical), Business, or a STEM-related field;At least 1 year of professional experience in operational efficiency, business analytics, or a related field;Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, others);Familiarity with process mapping;Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement techniques is a plus;Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail;Proficient in English (written and spoken);Availability for national and international travels;We deeply believe that our people are crucial to our success.
