Junior/Middle System Administrator

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a System Administrator to join the IT team, support company staff (qualified IT specialists), provide maintenance to the office equipment and workstations, and manage users' permissions.
We expect the System Administrator to: Provide onboarding and offboarding of employees and prepare equipment for these processes,Resolve local issues in the Porto office related to software and hardware,Handle first and second-line helpdesk tasks, which will be assigned to you via our Jira ticket system,Conduct an annual inventory of IT equipment,Create and update documentation articles in our Confluence.QualificationsMust have skills: Maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Experience with Windows products,Acquaintance with Microsoft products,Upper-intermediate level English or higher,Ability to work in a team and attention to detail,Helpdesk ticketing system experience,Acquaintance with MacOS/Linux systems,Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
