For which tasks (responsibilities)? Management and coordination of work with contractors for creating video materials, social media posts, as well as the generation of houses and partner houses in the game.
Ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, while interacting with creative teams.
Design Work: Collaboration with designers through Figma to ensure precise alignment of design with project requirements.
Control and management of visual aspects of the game and associated materials.
Project and Task Management: Effective use of task trackers (Notion, ClickUp, Favro) for task management and team coordination.
Planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of all project stages.
Recruitment and Onboarding of Specialists: Searching for talent for specific tasks, organizing the hiring process, and integrating new team members.
Ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees.
Communication with the Technical Team: Interaction with developers and technical specialists to solve complex tasks related to the development and support of Telegram Bot API.
Participation in discussions and decision-making on technical solutions that impact the project's progress.
Coding Skills: Basic programming knowledge for interacting with the technical team, understanding technical tasks, and assessing their complexity.
Working with Neural Networks: Utilizing neural network technologies for process automation and improvement, as well as creating innovative solutions within the project.
Communication with Partners: Negotiating and coordinating advertising integrations in the game with partners.
Maintaining and developing partnerships to increase reach and improve product quality.
