Braga Junior Managers Program (JMP) – Controlling, Finance & Accounting (f/m/div.)Braga Braga, Braga, Portugal Job Description As a JMP in the Controlling, Finance & Accounting department, you will get to know the diversity of controlling at Bosch – from factory controlling to business unit controlling: Using tools such as Power BI to create reports and forecasts and support strategic planning; A key aspect of your responsibilities will be active participation in the ongoing digitalization and automation initiatives within our business processes. This includes engaging in activities such as bot development and the integration of artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency; In addition to- edge digital projects, you will be engaged in traditional tasks like transfer pricing, M&A, and the development of robust business cases. Qualifications Personality: You have a sense of numbers and an eye for the big picture. In addition, you are enthusiastic about digitalization and are IT-savvy. You enjoy inspiring other people. You consider courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness to be desirable attitudes. Background : You have completed your master's or diploma degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable with- average results. You are already familiar with topics such as economic planning and KPI systems. Maybe you already have an MBA, PhD or first work experience. Experience and- how : You have professional experience of at least three years and have gained practical experience through demanding subject or related internships, preferably in- sized companies or- ups. You are proficient in Portuguese and English (German would be a plus). Preferably, you have international experience of at least three months.
