About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Legal Counsel or Legal Graduate to join our Legal Team. The successful candidate will be part of an international team of lawyers and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, with a focus in the areas of corporate and financial market law.

What you'll do
Assist in monitoring and implementing national and international legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Leonteq GroupProviding legal advice and clarifications to internal stakeholders on Swiss law issues with focus on financial market and corporate lawResearch and drafting of internal legal opinions or internal memos for ad hoc legal questionsAssisting a team of lawyers with the preparation of contracts and other legal documentation including service agreements, index licenses, credit and collateral/pledge agreements, distribution agreements and related documentationSupport the roll out and implementation of processes, education and trainingCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal alignment on business projectsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders and providing legal support for internal and external audit requestsWhat you'll need
Master in law or other relevant legal educationStrong communication skills and ability to interact and liaise with stakeholdersExceptional attention to detail and thorough execution skills; highly organized to meet competing deadlinesSolution- and service-oriented personality, eager to learn and keen to take ownership and be part of a dynamic teamNice to have
