We are recruiting a junior Jurist to strengthen our Legal Department: Main Responsibilities and Functions: Ensure the analysis and negotiation of cross-border financial documentation (ISDA, ICMA, LMA; Syndicated Loans, Bonds, etc.); Prepare legalopinions and clarify doubts, at the request of the Group's various organic units, in collaboration with the Legal Director; Follow up on the opinions, preparing the necessary legal documents, after the respective acceptance of the opinion; Evaluate and provide an opinion on the legal viability of new products, collaborating in the preparation of the respective product sheet and in establishing contacts with Regulatory Entities to obtain the necessary approvals; Prepare, analyze and review contracts, to ensure legal adequacy and minimize risks for the Group; Identify, suggest and collaborate in adapting the Group's procedures to new legislation; Drafting, analyzing and reviewing contracts to be signed by the Group's companies, negotiating their terms, formalizing and archiving. Desired profile: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law; Bar internship completed (mandatory); Good knowledge of Corporate Law and financial products; Fluency in English (spoken and written); Good knowledge of Spanish (preferred); Solid knowledge of MSOffice; Planning and organization capacity; Rigor and attention to detail; Customer orientation (internal/external); Planning and organization; Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning; Analysis and critical sense.
