Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master degree in any given area, as long as you have a special interest in Human Resources and are tech savvy.
Previous experience in a Learning and Development role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in instructional design and learning facilitation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Learning and Development Technician to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting employee growth and development, with a focus on coordinating training programs, managing learning resources, and assisting in the design and delivery of various learning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and coordination of learning and development programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.
Manage the scheduling and logistics of training events, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
Track and report training participation and feedback using internal systems.
Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating communications, and maintaining training records.
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives and suggesting improvements based on feedback.
Support the tracking and reporting of employee training hours and participation.
