Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in German to join our team in Lisbon.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer support by assisting clients with inquiries and resolving issues.
The position is on-site, with shifts available from Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 11 PM.
We welcome applicants with or without previous experience in a contact center.
Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service and effective resolution of issues.
Provide assistance to customers regarding products and services.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Accurately record customer interactions in our CRM system.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Identify and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications Fluency in German with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to helping customers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
