You will engage with both our customers and our existing and future ambassadors, and track their expertise for our next digital missions. For this we have a solid database, a variety of platforms and self-developed tools.You will make a significant impact on our digital talent acquisition and their onboarding.You will collaborate with the entire organization and contribute to its internal development through recruitment activities:Attract high-talent candidatesSourcing profiles on job boards and LinkedInScreening candidates through pre-qualifications and interviewsCommunicate with consultants and customersPrepare customized job descriptions and internal documentsImprove processes by implementing new strategiesSupport the organization of recruitment eventsWhat do you need?Fluent in English, written and spokenPrevious recruitment experience 1+ yearsLocated in Portugal and able to go to the office in Coimbra weeklySelf-motivated, eager to learn and service mindedExcited about the IT industryCompetitive mindset and goal drivenInterested to work in a scale up environmentHave a strong can-do mentality, and are passionate to make a difference for our clients and candidatesWhat's in it for you?
