Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Mercer.
This role will be based in Lisbon.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an?Investments Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for producing various investments monitoring reports for UK pension funds, which include asset allocation, performance, risk analysis, price/performance assessment and strategy updates.
You'll be an integral part of an exciting project, where we support our Wealth business.
You'll work directly and daily with other Europe-based Investments Consultants and colleagues.
We will count on you to: Be part of a culture of having fun while delivering results with a high-quality standard; Produce investments monitoring reports for pension funds with quantitative and qualitative analysis and performance appraisal; Contact external entities (such as asset managers) to validate customer information; Compile information and prepare analysis, evaluation and interpretation of results; Follow-up with other Mercer teams, suggesting approaches and clarifying details of reports produced; Be responsible for thorough analysis of portfolios to help stakeholders make better investment decisions; Support Investments consultants when appropriate on a technical perspective (methodologies, assumptions) and client reporting queries;Be an agent of change constantly contributing to improve current processes; Help implement new projects that will support the team to be more efficient What you need to have: Degree or Master's in?finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar; Interest in Investments/Finance;Strong Microsoft Office skills; Fluent?English level (fluency in other languages is a plus);Proven knowledge and ease with SQL/VBA/Python; Attention to detail is critical.
