Join us as a Junior HR Associate, where you'll learn and support HR core functions and recruitment through administrative and coordination tasks across the entire employee lifecycle.
Acting as the COO's right-hand on a variety of HR-related matters, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your HR skills in a diverse, multinational environment of tech, sales and customer support professionals. This role offers hands-on experience, contributing to our team and culture while developing foundational HR expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
As the COO's key support, you'll assist in managing administrative tasks and coordinating throughout the employmees lifecycle, including:
Document Management: Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, medical certificates, maintain training and certification logs, others.
Payroll Support: Collaborate with our Accounting partner to prepare monthly payroll and manage changes / adjustment to employee's monthly achievments.
HR System Maintenance: Maintain and update internal HR systems, including tracking of employee records (e.g., medical checks, training plans, vacation balance), extract data for annual government reporting, ensure all data representing the employee's status.
Employee Support: Serve as the primary contact for general HR inquiries, managing employee requests and providing timely responses.
Office Coordination: Handle basic office needs, including procurement and general office management.
Qualifications:
Tertiary education in Human Resources or a related field.
Initial experience in any HR role is a plus.
Proficiency with digital tools and MS systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive, engaged, and highly organized.
Native Portuguese speaker, with minimum B2 level in English.
