Junior House Manager/Pa

Portugal, Quinta Patino , Salary €40,000-€50,000 per annum Our clients are seeking a Portuguese/English speaking Junior House Manager/Family PA. Live-in option available.
Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day, flexibility to schedule changes is required (starting earlier or finishing later or the occasional weekend with notice in advance).
Based in a fully staffed household in Quinta Patino.
Tasks include:
Walking and feeding the family dog
Occasionally helping with the children (daughters aged 2 and 5.5)
Running errands for the family, dry cleaning, grocery shopping
Working closely with the UK based PA, providing regular updates
Keep on top of general maintenance for the home, eg gardeners, window cleaning, pool cleaning etc
Finding reliable contractors
High tech knowledge as the home is high tech and smart app controlled
Very occasional travel (this role is mostly based in Lisbon as the candidate will need to manage the home when the family are overseas)
Must meet the following:
Fluent Portuguese and English speaking
Knowledge of the Portuguese system
Hold an EU Passport or have the legal rights to live/work in Portugal
Fast thinking and proactive
Work to a high standard (high quality, luxury etc)
Worked in a fully staffed household previously
Organised and manage their workload effectively
Able to prioritise tasks
Experience working with dogs and children
Accommodation Available: shared flat - 5-10 min drive from main residence
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: €40,000-€50,000
