Junior Head Of Finance

Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a person capable of doing administrative management and monthly accounting of the company with certified accountants; think and prepare applications for public and private funding; support of the management team.
Supports Business Development and parallel business developed by the firm. When necessary, supports Sale, Production and Shipment operations.
Job Duties:
· Make financial projections and financial statement forecasting for specific projects.
· Stock management and sales control;
· Invoice posting and processing;
· Prepare, check and send information and documentation for procurement, production, human resources, commercial, invoicing and financial tasks.
· Archiving, organising and classifying documentation
· Assisting the Certified Accountant, Sending monthly closing
· Financial situation analysis
· Application for support, funds to projects and exhibitions
Main Requirements:
· Experience between 1- 3 years (applications with more than 3 years of expeirience will not be considered)
· Ability to work methodically and in an organised manner;
· Mastering of Office tools (Excel);
· Willing to know of and participate of the Studio's activity.
· Knowledge of English and Portuguese;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Ability to establish interpersonal relationships;
· Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; checking payroll; controlling correspondence; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring functions.
· Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
· Preferred schools: ISCAL; ISEG; ISCTE;
