Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist customers with product information, order concerns, and technical support.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate more complex issues as needed.
Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For Fluency in German (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts 24/7, including weekends.
Must be available to work on-site in Braga .
