YOUR ROLEWe are looking for motivated financial consultants to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of regulatory reporting by closely monitoring reported transactions across internal and external systems;Address operational rejections for all jurisdictions, conducting analysis and resubmitting data when required;Perform detailed root cause analysis of issues (e.g., IT feed errors, incorrectly populated fields, improper reporting logic) and escalate them to the appropriate teams (internal or external);Follow up on fixes and releases, providing updates and management information (MIS) to senior leadership;Perform daily downloads of transaction reporting files, ensuring data integrity and compliance;Adhere to established procedures and ensure they are regularly updated;Complete and maintain the daily control plan (ORUS);Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other locations (London, Paris, Hong Kong) and cross-functional teams (IT, project managers, etc.) through regular communication and collaboration;Show focus, proactivity, and a critical mindset by suggesting and driving improvements to existing processes.YOUR PROFILEAcademic background in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field;Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail;Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet strict deadlines;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus);Proficiency in tools such as Excel and regulatory reporting systems.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
