Experience Levels:
No actual work experience is required; however, we prefer candidates with some business and/or teamwork experience.
Hard Skills:
Degree in Economics, Computer and Business Management, Business Management, Accounting, or equivalent;
Basic knowledge of data structures;
Understanding of business processes in finance, including general and analytical accounting, budgeting (preferred), treasury and cash flow, salary processing (preferred), financial and fiscal management (basic knowledge), management control (preferred);
Knowledge of AGILE methodology concepts (preferred);
Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.
