Job Description:
We're looking for a junior-level talent with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. This person should think like a "mini-founder," with a strategic vision to help us scale sustainably. They will play an essential role in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, maximizing performance, and optimizing our budget to ensure growth with profitability.
Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the founding team to identify growth opportunities and strategies for expanding Momo Cotton's presence across Europe.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competition within the home linen industry.
Operational Support: Assist in various operational tasks, including inventory management, order processing, and customer support, to ensure the smooth functioning of our online store.
Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Performance Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive performance strategies through our Paid Social media channels (Meta, Pinterest, etc.).
Growth Experiments: Explore new channels & lead Growth experiments on Paid Social channels.
Budget Management: Effectively manage budget to align with business goals and financial targets.
Job Requirements:
Passion for entrepreneurship and a strong interest in e-commerce.
Experience with Meta ads.
Experience in a DTC brand.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other pertinent tools.
A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach to your job.
Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
Able to deliver under pressure, helping the team react quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; love for data and comfort with Excel.
Global growth mindset.
Fluency in English and another European language.
This is a full-time office-first approach role in Lisbon.
