Junior Engineer

Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its Sustainability team in the Architecture Department with the integration of a Junior Engineer in our Lisbon office.
Key tasks/ activities:
Building certification in sustainability;
Energy modelling;
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
Degree in Civil Engineering;
Minimum 3 years' experience;
Experience in construction site supervision;
Willingness to work in the field of Building Sustainability;
Knowledge of the Windows environment from a user perspective, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel tools;
Good Knowledge of English (other languages will be valued);
Planning and organisational skills;
Orientation towards deadlines;
Rigour and excellence in task execution;
High sense of responsibility;
Team spirit and ease of communication;
Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;
Driving licence.
