THE ROLE (Porto or Lisbon based) We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support a growing number of information requests across Technology areas, providing data analysis services to several F-Tech teams. To become part of this team you must be a data lover and design enthusiast to help our team deliver first-rate insights. You will put all your database abilities into action to help our internal teams better view, understand, and report their data to their internal clients. You will support and create the most amazing and revolutionary reports, turning data into information.
WHAT YOU'LL DOCreate business cases to support prioritisation and product roadmap of platform verticals, such as catalogue, logistics, finance, pricing, and othersSupport the definition and implementation of relevant metrics to monitor product performance and answer business questionsRecommend and analyse A/B or multivariate tests, deep dive on the results to provide insights and valuable recommendationsCustom reporting with SQL and BI tool to provide valuable information to stakeholders and leadership, e.g. creating automated dashboards to measure KPIs and perform data validation to support hypothesisPromote alignment across teams (product, engineering, business and operations and other analytics teams)Create and support customer analytics models to understand customer online behaviour.Collecting, tracking and trending projection / forecast data to assist in developing first-in class ftech products.WHO YOU AREA professional with at least 1.5 years of experience with data analytics and/or business analysis (e-commerce or retail orientation is a plus)Has been involved in at least one project that required the use of Excel, SQL, BI or Data Visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) or similarExperience with English, both written and spokenHas done at least one project that required applying data and analytics to solve problems and create new solutionsYou like to learn new business contexts and toolsYou like to work as a team and help othersYou can adapt comfortably to quickly changing circumstancesYou can effectively communicate the output of your work.
