We are looking for:
Customer focused professional to provide administrative support to the Customer Service NAM team
Perform Customer Service activities in order to ensure deliveries and invoicing to customers. This is the junior / entry level CSR role and is dedicated to work with smaller (standard) accounts and to provide administrative support to the Customer Service team. This role is a development role for candidates who have potential to grow into CSR role
We count on you for:
Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up
Customer complaint registration and follow-up
Run and distribute various CS reports
Provide support with different administrative tasks to the CS team

Experience in a similar role is a plus
