Junior Customer Service

Location: Porto (On-Site)Languages Required: German (Native or Fluent)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (with potential for future shifts from 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service via phone, email, or chat.Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.Ensure timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes. Qualifications: Languages Required: Fluent German (written and spoken).Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday with the potential for future shift work. Benefits: Competitive salary with a €450 Language Bonus paid in 12 monthly installments.Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day.Transport Allowance: Not provided.
