Junior Customer Service

Location: Porto (On-Site) Languages Required: German (Native or Fluent) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (with potential for future shifts from 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM) Days Off: Saturday & Sunday Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service via phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
Ensure timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications: Languages Required: Fluent German (written and spoken).
Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday with the potential for future shift work.
