We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Cook to join our team and contribute to the delivery of amazing fresh produce in our gastro pub setting.
As a Junior Cook, you will work under the guidance of the Sous Chef and the kitchen team to maintain consistently high culinary standards.

Responsibilities: • Prepare food and mise en place for service, assisting the line cooks and supporting kitchen operations.
• Assist the line cooks during service, following their instructions and coordinating to ensure efficient food production and timely service.
• Manage, prepare, and plate orders from the bar menu, maintaining consistency and adhering to presentation standards.
• Perform cleaning duties and sanitize all workstations properly, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or line cooks to support kitchen operations effectively.
Requirements: • 1 year Kitchen experience and exceptional cooking skills, demonstrating basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Strong organizational skills to assist in the smooth running of kitchen operations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure, maintaining composure and attention to detail.
• Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency.
Display effective communication skills in English.
The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
