Junior Contract Manager - Global Business Development We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Contract Manager - Global Business Development (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.You are part of the contract team within the Global Business Excellence department.You have to ensure you are responsible for efficient and target-oriented global contract management.You are responsible for the legally compliant drafting and formulation of partner contracts in cooperation with other specialist departments (e.g. Legal department, Business Development, Project Management, Finance).You coordinate, create and implement contract amendments at global and local levels (change log management).You answer and support with any questions about the contract(s) and are responsible for providing knowledge about the contract(s) towards all internal stakeholders.You form an interface between the business, the specialist departments and the Legal Counsel in charge.Your Profile – Ready to hop on board You have a legal or commercial educational or study background.Ideally, you have 1-2 years of professional experience in a legal department, a law firm and/or know-how in contract processing/ contract management.You possess experience in the field of an internationally operating company.Strong motivation to delve into contract matters and complete repetitive tasks.Your reliable way of working, diligence, high affinity for detail, high sense of responsibility, discretion and commitment characterize you.Your strengths include consulting, precise and clear communication, and the ability to work in a team.Fluency in written and spoken English as well as a confident handling of MS Office programs and contract management software complete your profile.Our Perks – More than just a job You have an impact.
