Property Manager – Part-Time
Main Tasks:
Financial Management and Budgeting:
Create and manage budgets for common expenses efficiently
Monitor budget performance closely to ensure financial objectives are met
Organize and facilitate ordinary and extraordinary assemblies/general meetings with precision
Execute decisions made during meetings promptly and effectively
Develop strategic Capex investment plans to optimize property assets
Supplier Evaluation and Procurement:
Evaluate supplier performance rigorously to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization
Stay informed about market developments and emerging trends to inform supplier relationship management and procurement strategies effectively
Administrative Support and Financial Operations:
Provide comprehensive support to condominium owners and their representatives
Ensure timely collection of payments and meticulous control of debts
Maintain accurate records of condominium expenses and income for transparent financial management
Other Operational Tasks:
Other current tasks related to condominium management
Regular site visits
Current maintenance control
Legal procedures related to condominium management control
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is advantageous
Strong Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive relationships with third parties and adeptness in problem-solving
Proficiency in English at a competent level
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Valid driver's license is required
