The Junior Commercial Manager is tasked with driving and increasing sales into existing customers and opening up new accounts within allocated Business Unit(s) and/or markets. The Junior Commercial Manager will assist in managing strategic opportunities where he/she will demonstrate the true business value of MWS to both prospects and existing customers. You will be employed on a full-time basis at our office in Gdansk (Poland) or in Porto (Portugal).
Your Responsibilities: Commercial Responsibilities: Defining and executing territory and account sales plans for assigned Business Units, in order to meet/exceed sales budget.
Managing the full sales cycle from driving demand, prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within assigned Business Unit(s) and territory in agreement with Sales director/CSO.
For more complex sales, leverage and coordinate MWS resources throughout the sales cycle, such as project support, QHSE, Legal, and Operations.
Preparing pre-calculations and project forecasts in cooperation with Operations.
Developing sales and marketing strategies for selected markets or Business Units.
Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues, and services.
Participating in team building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care.
Acting as a trusted advisor to the Commercial Director on customer strategies and account management.
Proactively working to expand our services in strategic accounts and/or markets.
Sales and Account Management: Developing and nurturing long-term business relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
Acting as a trusted advisor and an MWS evangelist.
Navigating the procurement processes and buying cycles of key customers, understanding who the key influencers and decision-makers are to successfully close business in an efficient manner.
Organizing and facilitating internal and external clarification meetings.
Facilitating customer meetings and company presentations.
Assisting in and negotiating price agreements in cooperation with Operations.
Managing, monitoring, and assisting in negotiations of frame agreements and tender-specific contracts.
Responsible for successful completion and submission of proposals and tender material.
Financial business cases and tender quality management.
Accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue (secure accurate and updated pipeline).
Our Requirements: Strong B2B sales and account management experience.
Successful history of managing complex deals and sales cycles.
Excellent understanding of the purchasing components and selection criteria in the tender process.
