We are currently looking for a Junior Category Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in developing category strategies that drive growth across all channels.Analyze market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor insights to support category decisions.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to align category strategies with business goals.Help create actionable insights and reports that guide the development and launch of new products.Support the preparation and delivery of category presentations and range reviews.Contribute to the overall commercial results by ensuring category strategies are executed effectively.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in category management, market research, or a similar role (experience in Retail is a plus).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (both written and spoken).Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and understanding consumer needs.This role is based in Madrid, so it is mandatory to be available to move to Madrid.WHAT WE OFFER:You will start for the first 3 months with an internship contract, and after with a Permanent contract with a competitive fixed salary + performance-based variable.Extensive training in products, sales, and cosmetics.Opportunities for internal development and a clear career progression plan.50% discount on all KIKO MILANO products.Be part of a vibrant and supportive team in a company that values innovation and creativity.Are you ready to make an impact in the world of beauty and beyond?
