Job Description Successful management of overdue balances on customer accounts, maximizing On Time Payment for all Customers.
Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts.
Notify management of uncollectable balances and mitigate where possible.
Focus on Customer Service, ensuring good communication to identify and resolve problems on customer accounts.
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
Identify the queries and work on the resolution with billing.
Update customers' master data when changes are detected.
Qualifications Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential.
Desirable experience but not essential.
Problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented.
Positive thinking, willingness to learn, and team player spirit.
