Junior Business Analyst – Investment BankingReady to kickstart your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?This is a Porto-based hybrid opportunity – 2 days per week in the office.As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering functional needs, communicating development progress, writing functional documentation, and organizing agile ceremonies for the team.Your main responsibilities:Create and analyze business requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.Investigate functional issues and ensure continuity of operations.Liaise with users at different organizational levels and third parties to discuss and respond to business requirements.Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business needs.Monitor the change request backlog to meet business expectations.Document user requirements, user stories, and production issues clearly and structurally.Create and modify reports/data extractions using internal tools (e.G., SQL) as needed.Stay updated with industry trends and implement new processes and initiatives.Engage in various development methodologies to enhance collaboration and improve the development process.You're ideal for the role if you have:Master's Degree in Finance, Management or similar roleKnowledge of Financial Markets and interest in ITStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.Familiarity with agile methodologies.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.We would like to meet you.
