Responsibilities:Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents;Ensure the performance of daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure by support team;Handle late night and weekend emergency support as required;Process issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification;Improve and document the technical processes around application support;Install, configure, and administer application servers.
Requirements:Bachelor's and/or Master's in Computer Science or similar;0-3 years of experience working in application support roles;Knowledge in the following technologies: Java, Angular, and databases (i.e.
Cassandra and Oracle);Availability to travel to other locations when required;Availability to work in shifts;Good level of English (at least C1).
Nice to have:Knowledge or experience in containerization (Kubernetes), Cloud (Azure, AWS, others), and automation (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
