THE ROLE We are looking for a techno-functional Specialist to work within our Technology and Business departments and be responsible for supporting users and evolving the implemented system. Experience in Dynamics 365 finance and operations implementation is a must.
\n WHAT YOU'LL DOTranslate business process requirements into requirements that will support configurations or developments in Dynamics 365Act as a bridge between business, development, and quality teams, ensuring correct technical requirements, clear communication and project alignmentAnalyse business challenges across various Farfetch departments (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance) to identify areas for improvementPropose data-driven solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 functionality to optimise efficiency and potentially generate cost savings.Champion best practices across technology teams, promoting efficient workflows and fostering a collaborative environment;Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented Dynamics 365 modules.Provide ongoing support for the implemented system, troubleshooting any business or technical issues.Actively participate in the system implementation, providing training and guidance during go-live and post-go-live phases;Regularly monitor system health and identify areas for optimisation, proactively proposing solutions to enhance overall performance.Proficiency in these modules is a plus (Inventory management, Retail Product information management, Procurement and sourcing, Sales and marketing, Entity store BYOD (data management), Accounts payable, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cash and bank management, General Ledger, and User management and system administration).
