In this role, you will be a part of the team that analyzes digital money transfers and prevents fraudulent activity.Role ResponsibilitiesAnalyze digital money transfers to ensure no fraudulent activity is involved.Communicate with Western Union customers to verify details regarding specific money transfers (incoming/outgoing calls, emails).Review documents provided by customers to verify their Western Union profile.Decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with regular handling procedures.Lead or be involved in department-related initiatives.Serve our global customers in English and Italian languages.Attend initial training thoroughly and pass all required assessments.Role RequirementsFluency in English with outstanding verbal, written, and listening skills is mandatory.Fluency in Italian with outstanding verbal, written, and listening skills is mandatory.Customer service experience would be considered an advantage.A college degree is highly preferred.Strong communication skills together with a customer-oriented mindset.Independent decision-making with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.Computer literacy.Ability to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
