JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair's engineering function in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.JCAM is currently recruiting Junior Aircraft Engineers to be based in Faro (FAO78), Portugal.Ryanair is Europe's favorite airline, carrying 160m p.a. on more than 3,300 daily flights from over 90 bases, connecting over 230 destinations in over 37 countries on a fleet of over 570 modern Boeing 737NG, Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer, and Airbus A320 aircraft and will continue to expand by more than 200 aircraft by 2025.We are interested in you if you are looking for a career opportunity where hard work, initiative, and enthusiasm are part of the daily routine. The successful candidate will be energetic and committed, able to work well from his/her own initiative while being an integral part of our team.The Junior Aircraft Engineers Program:Fast-track training program to gain practical training and experience to become a Certifying Aircraft Engineer.Phase I (12 months) of the training, you will receive theoretical and practical training while being supported by an experienced Ryanair Engineering mentor.Phase II (12 months), you will gain practical experience in one of our OPO bases which will allow you to apply for CAT A or B1 license.After two years, we aim to offer permanent employment contracts for Mechanic positions to you if you have successfully completed the training program.As our new colleague, you will become part of our open-minded and international team while being able to promote your career within the ever-expanding Ryanair Group network in Europe!Requirements:You have passed all basic B1 and/or B2 modules from a Part 147 approved school.A valid EU/EEA passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union.A valid EU driver's license.Fluent English.You have initiative, enthusiasm, and you are self-motivated.Benefits:Direct and permanent employment with a Portuguese contract.Employment in a stable and steadily growing organization.Employment type: Full-time.
