Adecco Human Resources is currently hiring an Accounts Payable Junior - English speaker, for a prestigious company in the aviation sector.
Location: Lisbon
Responsibilities: Prepare Weekly/Daily payment reports (Cash Planner, Outflows Validation, Actuals, Forecasts, Cash positions, etc.
);Actively participate in month end/Quarter end closing activities;In charge of preparing Checks, electronic funds transfer (ACH), Wire proposals and executing them as per approval process in ERP (SAP);Managing payment exceptions through different bank platforms;Manage the Issue Resolution process related to Payments in the ERP (SAP);Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy;Comply permanently with internal controls standards and interface with internal audit teams;Offer customer service to the internal client. Requirements: Senior payment analyst with demonstrated experience in Treasury activities;University degree in Finance / Bank Accounting;Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;Demonstrated experience in ERP systems (SAP);Diligent and strong work ethics;Well organized and able to perform under pressure any urgent payment;Dynamic, autonomous, and very responsible;Customer service oriented;Strong problem-solving, research, and resolution skills;Advanced English written and oral skills.
