Verisure (known in Portugal as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on, and passionateCosting & Capitalization Specialistto join our Shared Service Center, with colleagues across 18 European and LatAm markets. This exciting and amazing opportunity role will be based in Lisbon, reporting to the Senior Accountant responsible for Costing & Capitalization SSC. In this role you will have the chance to be part of an international project and be in close contact with our country Financial Controllers and Invoicing departments in different locations.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be 1) to monitor costing processes using Oracle Cloud ERP, and 2) to perform the Capitalization process for different entities using an application built specifically for Verisure (SBNNOGL).

On the back of the extraordinary growth, we have enjoyed in the past years, the company is nowbuilding its own Shared Service Center, in line with the strategic decision to further centralise the finance function in Lisbon. This Costing & Capitalization specialist will be a key member of this team and play a critical role to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities will include, among others:
Monitor and documenting different Costing processes inside Oracle Cloud.
Managing the communication with our team of Oracle Specialists based on Lisbon.
Treating large volumes of data in Excel, in order to start the capitalization process.
Ensuring that all Work Orders are correctly booked and documented in these Excel files.
Managing the entire process, from the first task to the final one, making sure that every step is complete without jeopardizing the entire process.
Helping new entities that eventually migrate from their actual process to the one defined by the group.
Other task as required.

Experience and Qualifications

As a result, we are looking for a self-starter and high potential / top performer individual who will combine strong organizational skills with a proactive business mindset. Our candidate must be a detail-oriented individual, someone who is committed to ensuring good service levels to our internal costumers.
High school graduate or higher, preferably with a technical degree related to the corporate world.
Good level of written and spoken English.
1+ years of relevant experience (P2P, O2C, GL or other financial area)
Previous experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NAV) and deep knowledge in Excel is valued.
