Junior Accountant / Accounting & Tax Back Officer

Main Responsibilities:Register all entries in the accounting process.Calculate relevant accounting entries.Prepare import files for ERP upload.Maintain control sheets for entries' calculations.Tax CompliancePrepare transfer orders or coordinate with Back-Office for initiation.Statutory Reporting SupportAudit AssistancePrepare invoice first draftsManage physical and virtual files of the team's portfolio based on agreed standardsSend basic electronic correspondence to clients (invoices, bank statements, etc.)Participate in the population of department control sheets.Key Requirements:Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related fields.No experience required, but considered a plus!Medium English level (Spoken and written)Excellent written and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office packageStrong team-playing skillsQuick-learning and flexibility in changing environmentsExcellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environmentBenefits: Flexible schedule: Entry between 8:00 and 10:00, exit between 17:00 and 19:0060% Working from home to distribute as you wish!Home working allowance + allowance to build up your home office!Full Health insurance paid by TMFMeal and transportation allowance.English Lessons with a teacher
